Interesting few hours. Paul walked out as came home early Sunday. The yard is a collection of old and made new stuff using basic welding and cutting skills. Paul Sr dreams them up and Paul Jr is the fabricator and capable of running projects on his own. Dorly visited with Debbie and was told he came home this time very happy for a change. His role's done and still 2 bidders in play. May be this week, next week but soon decision since last offer was felt not enough still. Both are miners in Mexico with underground mines working experience. One Toronto HQ, one NV. Were excited by Julio 2 rich free gold seen in rocks bought up and also from anther smaller shaft Diamonte . Asked were can we see the placer? Told go ahead and pan the dirt road we're parked on. Did and came up with gold in pan. Now were very excited to find stuff is all around. OK.

I was shown a time line plan for 2014 which shows monthly progress possible now beginning in June with placer start up from former 60 ton to 300 daily. after July is joined by milling then leach rest of year using a low 1.5 gr ton for both. Works out to $83,600,000 7 mo revenue current PM values. THAT"s what the pair are bidding on. Some portion at some contribution. Just 3 means to finance, sell lots of still cheap shares a bad idea, borrow and pay back or take on a percentage operator alongside Mexus. Not a JV but along some line. I believe one bidder may be AuRico with nearby El Chanate open pit as seeing greatly increased ore value in Rancho and own underground ops elsewhere. All he says is soon. And yes he's had to sell shares last month to pay current corp bills while the offers are coming in and San Felix sale not yet paid. Told can say all that as semi official. 8 visited Paul's water company in CA. He was expecting to see Deb, Adam and Paul, Jr. and was surprised to see Paul senior. First I've heard of the water cannon, but I think part of the water company is making fire-fighting equipment. Dorly is 8's wife. I think the rest of it is self-explanatory.
