In regards to "jury made a hash of it"
Vringo was trying to make the point that the jury found
in their favor on all points and that the appeals court should
follow them. The judge, playing Devil's advocate, said but
"what if the jury made a hash of it?". Vringo's counsel replied
that the jury "did a hell of a good job" filling out the
verdict form in accordance with the evidence presented at trial.

I thought that Vringo's counsel was much more effective in making
his points.
Only somewhat weak point was whether Vringo presented sufficient evidence that Google copied the idea of the patent.

Overall, I don't think the drop in share price is warranted but
I'm not an expert in patent law
