My friend caught it by accident because someone asked me if I could put all of my DD together that I had for RSHN and he was re-reading the PRs from all 3 tickers and realized that the numbers for the deal were gone.

IMO if the deal has been completed and the terms are different than were stated in public PR, they had to remove them.
