Peter also conducted a scam in Panama with his Pan American Seaways company in which he claimed the RoRo ferry Nissos Rodos would be providing a ferry service between Colon, Panama and Cartagena, Colombia starting in April 2012. He sold tickets for passages he knew were never going to happen as he never chartered or owned the Nissos Rodos. It was an quite an elaborate scam.

IMO, Peter is a seasoned con artist and PVEI (PVEC) is a blatant scam. Virtually all of Peter's public announcements and even private claims have proven to be false.

Despite truly MASSIVE dilution, the company is still deeply in debt that it refuses to pay. Peter even avoids paying attorneys he hires to defend the company and himself from lawsuits regarding his debt defaults.

It's hard for me to understand why investors who do even a minimal due diligence review would trust him.
