Your information is completely false! Here is why I know it is false! Yesterday you claimed the same thing when everyone else who called was informed of the correct information. Now today, you stated AFTER you say a post of another person posting misleading information, because the T/A was not even open then, you say you called and they said they made a mistake! Come on, the story is obvious. Enough said. By the way, they do introduce themselves on the phone. Another red flag to your claims of contacting them.
