I agree, but if the SEC is slowing him down with the paperwork they are to provide, it may be out of his control and have to start to release news around the launch date of MJ ( 8 days or sooner ) and the Q1

DTCC update, we are still actively pushing to get this done asap, obviously taking much longer than we originally expected. DTC requested a document that we are waiting to get back from the SEC related to our initial registration. I think we are still looking at at least another week or so.
