1-Is the person who gave Superior the money to relist, taking any kind of action? (lawsuit, accepting some other compensation, waiting it out), did that occur before or after the delisting?

The money was to get the fins done and was to be paid back in a year. Year has passed a while back. It was after the delisting. I don't know his plans going forward

2-What do you feel is not transparent in the Gushers from what you were told would happen? The updates on the gushers website were inaccurate at best. Cactus and overrides to them were NEVER part of the discussion. Communications with prickly pear were always slanted positive and seldom accurate. Questions about pipe line status were to this day still not answered, as we pay for hauling.

3-It seems that a relationship with Devon is the appropriate one to have as a Gushers member, as opposed to Superior, it seems to me they were acting like a broker in this case, has anyone received their first checks? I agree, but prickly pear instructed all members to contact him and leave Devon alone. They have since been asking me about some of the supporting sites as far as using them. LOL.

Again all of this is just my opinion. Most can be backed up with e-mails and Face Book PMs. Look at how much they Web site has been changed since it was first put up and then taken down again. Where the stuff about the management and the Board?
