XNRG - Mr. Mikolajczyk is not ignorant and is no fool. Hes smart,...maybe too smart to not have prior knowledge of this oversight.

Why would Mr. Mikolajczyk put such importance on getting permits for #15 if they weren't technically necessary? Its hard for me to know that the land owner, Brian Ambrose at Vencendor (are they still contracting with XNRG?), XNRG Management (Matousek, Spier), etc...no one knew of this rule?

My legal counsel told me this morning that if its shown he knowingly mislead investors, XNRG can be held liable. They're reading over Xuns' public forum claims as I post this.

In addition Mr. McMurdo @ SEC will be receiving some info. Jimerson & Cobb Im sure are on retainer. Protect yourselves. GL
