Its a great thing....


To be a CEO and have many smart experienced folks by your side. I know, I own two corporations and I always keep an open mind to advice from those with vasts amount of experience.

Sometimes being a great leader is listening and taking great advice. No manager or president knows everything. Also when you include many folks with vision and experience in the fact gathering/decision making process you also gain allies across the board. Believe this I have added much support to my efforts from folks directly and indirectly. Its the indirect support you get that sometimes sends your successes to new highs and extremes.

My hope is Dan and management at Superior realize when you build a beautiful home it takes many participants. In the end its your home but getting there took many skilled and experienced individuals.

I see SE as an incredible source of experience, information, and contacts. David Greenberg helping out in the process is an incredible asset as well!!!

My bet there are many others who could be on board ready and willing to help make Superior more than anyone could had ever imagined!!!

Heres to Wisdom. Wisdom derived from many experienced individuals. Wisdom enough to take advantage of that experience and knowledge to grow a highly respectable player in the oil and gas industry.

When I make the most money is when I make it for many involved. Its funny how it works that way but it does. Helping create wealth for many will create multiples in wealth for yourself. Doing this also creates a great sense of satisfaction!!

I hope Superior management is reading this.
