This is a relatively easy company to read vs the rest of the market. OTC companies file for 12(g) (15-12g) for one of two reasons:

1) they are a POS and we r all bag holders here with delist coming soon or no bid or watever

2) they will attempt some kinda of a rogue way to revitalize the company thus trying to avoid reporting now and focus on business - which is the scenario i am hoping for
