Because he constantly posts that the investment that LVVV made is basically worthless, meaning they wasted their money. He is single handily dropping the share price on all 3 tickers. His posts are contradictory , he claims that LVVV got a good deal, and in the same breath says that what they bought is worth 800 bucks, or nothing. He screams of dilution and rs and often times says that LVVV owns everything. Go read my post on RSHN for clarification. They don't even own all of Apple Rush, they own a majority of Apple Rush, share holders own the rest. If he worked for Dr Pepper when they were acquiring Snapple and he was on a public form board saying that what they purchased is worthless, he would be fired.
A lot of people said that dr Pepper paid to much for Snapple, but none of the distributors said it.
