You are absolutely right! To talk ourselves out of taking profits to pay off our cars, or homes, medical bills, or kid's needs, or going on vacation, or whatever other reason one can justifiably justify is very very difficult.
What I've noticed about myself is that I am beginning to hate my job more and more because I see all these shares in my account that I know will skyrocket, and I could live on some of that without having to have a job at all. But then...then what? It would eventually all be gone and I'd have to go back to work. It's all a big mindfu__.
