Heimie 1, have you gone to the seek OTC website and looked at the fillings and disclosures tab to see the documents posted there with TODAYS date? It appears to be ALL of the documents between TCA and SEEK. I'm sure some will see this and try to spin some negativity out of it but, if you look and read ALL documents, you get all the details of the loan and see how TCA would respond if SEEK were to be noncompliant. Long, but good read.
