Yes if I remember correctly.
I cant find the terms anymore on the deals. It used to say how many shares were being exchanged, how much money was being exchanged and a issuing of new shares on both sides to get the deal done, but I cant find any of those things anymore. Now it just says that the deal includes shares and money.
