Not quite yet, but tomorrow we may know for sure. As of today, it's possible D.F. may have just opened himself up to fighting all 50 something charges brought against him.
Might not have been a wise tack to take. That's usually a sign of egomaniacs. They;re in their own world and believe they're something special and above the law.
We'll see how all the ntek shenanigans hold up when D.F. surrenders his freedom.
