Wisely, by having this transaction regarding the SouthGold / Burnstone shares transferred through Wits Gold a now defunct company swallowed by Sibanye Gold and varied Cayman Island accounts. I doubt the NOLS would carry any weight in the South African High Court. GBG has become a SA company if it still even exists?

In my opinion, they have played us all for fools; our ONLY hope is that the SA High Court has stipulated that the GBGLF shares will represent Burnstone through the Business Rescue Plan?

Many powerful South African families and instutions invested in these dismal GBGLF shares and will be demanding their share of the Burnstone GOLDEN 24AU OZ pie and have been waiting for well over a decade for their slice. Many of these families will hold large chunks of Sibanye Gold shares so just maybe....

This is still an extreme long shot but just maybe....
