I haven't been following this very closely, but I'm not aware of any obvious scam -- apart from the somewhat mysterious high-volume sell-offs in advance of bad news.

Hopefully me posting this bit of negativity will cause CHRI to post incredible numbers that send this stock soaring.

It used to have fairly regular run ups.
