I've been following this stock for years. There's little I don't know about it. And one thing i've realized is a pattern with Bill is that he likes to signal to people events to come. For instance at Arcview there were rumors of a potential Growlife inc. deal and this was back when people thought Growlife inc. was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Then Bill put on a Growlife inc. hat and did the same exact smile and the same exact thumbs up.

Back then on this board people like you were saying, "guys, just because Bill puts on a Growlife inc. hat and puts a thumbs up does not mean we are getting involved with them. I hate this CEO for inducing speculation and getting people's hopes up, its down right criminal"

and the NEXT DAY Bill officially put out a PR saying Growlife inc. and CEN Biotech inc. engage in strategic partnership and joint venture. (Keep in mind again Growlife inc. was a huge deal and one of the most talked about marijuana stocks at the time so it was a big deal to have this joint venture)

So I think I know Bill's mannerisms enough by now to be able to tell when he is signaling that something is approaching.

Its for sure an uplist, but to which exchange at this point is the only thing that is up for debate. and it WILL happen you can mark this post.

p.s. Bill stated on numerous occasions both at the Open House in Canada AND at the 420 investor conference that they plan on uplisting to OTCQB OR NASDAQ and that financials would be ready for an uplist in MAY 2014. Well May is here and Bill is next to the NASDAQ OMX sign with his thumb up. Wise people pick up on these nuances and invest accordingly.
