To add to what you said, not only was .0008 the lowest, but this stock has only done 2 notable PR's. Once in 2011 when it hit .40's, and just last year when it hit .02. Every time the stock did a pump, no one was invested in it except the company. As soon as people got wind of this, such as in Nov & Dec the stock was dumped.
I am hoping this one is different..
