If the "Executive Summary" isn't authentic then JBI just plain lied in the first sentence of the PR they issued regarding its release. I don't think, given the level of scrutiny that they were under at the time, that that is at all likely. If you believe they lied, please consider saying so. The highlighted language is not an "oblique" reference:
