so...if the strategy is to grow by acquisition to get to the level that Wellington deems them worthy of financing, what currency do they use for all those acquisitions? at this rung of the food chain, aren't the sources a choice between dilutive stock issuances and delayed-dilutive convertibles financing? don't they already have a long list of convertibles?
