One of the problems with the downgrade to Pink status seems to be that the rule of "first in- first out" seems to not always be adhered to. Hard to fill an order of a million shares, when same price sales keep interrupting the piecemeal buys it usually takes to fill a million bid.
Not cool, and not fair, but not much recourse in Pinkland.
