I never said this was a P&D stock. I don't know enough about them to draw that conclusion. I do know that they are one of many who have announced, in a positive way, their relationship with Wellington Shields, and I am aware of Wellington Shields' track record with these types of engagements. That's what is of interest to me.
And you'd have a lot more credibility if you didn't post veiled threats about possible Wellington legal action, had done your diligence as to their track record of "firm commitment" offerings, understood actually how firm commitments work and how the "credibility" surrounding firm commitment deals has no effect on the SEC's review of S-1 registration statements nor allows for any "waivers" of Exchange listing requirements.
All in all, the company would probably do a lot better if you didn't bring attention to them.
