There is no Beaport. It doesnt exist. No website is coming. All these PRs were fluff. Even Hemp fell from 10 pennies to about 6 since they said they have some sort of a relationship with STBV.

No company files for reg A if they had any remote potential for success. Printing and selling shares only to reverse split soon is all what the company is capable of at this point. In fact, even selling printed shares at the bid is no longer flying by like it used to (volume wise).
