Not sure what has to happen in order for a company to change names.....I am willing to bet that SEC, FINRA and who knows what other agencies need to agree to something like that.

Bottom Line....PHOT really is DEAD....Like I said earlier, they are on life support right now.....

Will it go sub penny...Not sure, but I do believe PPS will continue to diminish, volume will fall off drastically....
Pretty soon all you will hear is: PHOT Who?

Sterling Scott and the "Stellar Management Team" have all but destroyed what could have been a going concern....
I hope the millions that they pocketed will allow them to sleep at night.....All at the expense of their once loyal cult members and share holders.....
