In fact ash111, last year they were late in filing their YE. On July 30, 2013 they filed a NT 10-K "inability to timely file" and ended up filing YE results late on August 13, 2013. Hope we don't have to wait that long this year. Do you know if the Auditors have been engaged or will they need to file an extension again?
