phantom4, if 'everyone expects....should happen any day now', then why would they need to 'buy in'? (they likely already have) ....often in these cases where the 'news' is known for some time before it arrives, it may already be priced in and you don't get the significant jump that you were expecting.

Teekay,buyers,flippers everyone will jump in on a good press release that everyone expects and should happen any day now.
