That's what I was thinking. I suppose they could pass up every tentatively scheduled hearing if in fact both sides are content with the progress. I take that as a good sign even though I would live to know the details.

I was thinking we should hear SOMETHING after this next discover date to at least prove progress. If not, I'm prepared to wait until the last date to hear the compromise.

I was hoping the lid would blow off after the first or second date. Maybe the third.

IMO it has to be going well
