You are def. right. $STTK is locked down very tight. I watched LVL 2 all last week and although it was painted down the number of shares that traded hands at these prices was still very small. That means people want them, they want them cheap but traders know what they've got here and the PPS is going to have to increase to get anyone to even consider taking profits...
