Thanks for sharing Debbie777. Very nice to hear. There have been many similar experiences this weekend. Someone earlier this weekend on the board asked what the reactions were from "kids" to the comic line? I think Debbie777's description was helpful in answering this. Well, depending on age bracket, you'll apparently receive differing opinions. I ventured to two (2) shops this weekend and saw that one of the young kids (probably about 6 years old) really was drawn to Magika, while his dad was liking Tesla. They loved the fact there were 2-comics-in-1.

For whatever reason, I'm really liking Magika. I find the story line to be an endless possibility. The artwork on that one is really solid to me - and I'm quite far from being a kid (but perhaps just a kid at heart).

Tony Stark posted a series of videos with some reviews from FCBD - some from younger adults as well as adults alike. I do want to note that if we look at the "preview covers" from their upcoming "#1 series" (of all of their books), I'd have to say the front cover artwork looks even better on the next round of books. I wasn't too keen on "the first daughter" but in looking at the front covers of issue # 1, it rocks (as do all of the others)!

There's a lot to come here in the next few months, IMO. I will always bid respect to the "true longs" on this board and have since day one. I can only imagine how excited they too must be in these current and upcoming developments. I agree with Angelo2112 that there is an inherent sense of "DD" built into those whom have stuck it out this long for these developments. I can tell you that while I hope not to become a "long" myself, I am solidly prepared to because I see the potential and realities unfolding.
