I highly doubt they issued more equity. We would have heard about it. And at the current price, using stock as currency would have a MASSIVE dilution effect to current shareholders.

If they needed $40M, they would have to issue 89M common shares. I believe they shored up all of their financing needs with Gramercy. If not then they did a poor job of forecasting short term expenses, in which case maybe it's time for a new CFO.

Side note; thanks to all the technical posters. I am a purely fundamental guy but I like to look at charts to see past price movement and make sure that I am not stepping in front of a downhill freight train. Do you guys have any books that you recommend for technical analysis? I am not looking to become a pro, nor a full time chart trader. I'm just looking for a deeper understanding of the topic and figured I would ask you guys before I asked Google.
