i'm not inferring any thing of the kind... others appear to be... Wilmington is well-known as a favorable location for establishing a business entity... favorable from a tax perspective... take this article for example...

so Botanical Genetics may be registered in Wilmington for no other reason than this... the range of possibilities regarding the investee and its intellectual property and its location is virtually endless... to me what is truly exciting is it shows the proactive management style that will continue to yield benefits for xxii investors... jmo...
