This is far from proof. It maybe an assumption based on your information which is correct. The owners were given shares for compensation which raised the o/s but we or you have no proof that they have sold those shares into the market. The float is what is important. I do however agree that new shares have entered the market but how many would only be a guess or an assumption. So proof it is not.
