I don't trust him. Think back to all that stuff on the CEO corner. At best it was wildly optimistic. At worst..... :( Now as far as I'm concerned, if he has the source code to the ACS, he possesses it illegally. But what makes him think he can make a profit with it when Ants apparently couldn't. And why do the exchange note holders appear to have no interest as well. And if you want to call somebody that's another group that surely knows more than most. I still don't know why the ACS failed. Bad software design?(IBM put this inside one of their products - did they not do due diligence?). Was the product not a compelling enough proposition? I sure would like to know exactly what happened. Anyway, if Frank could gain a majority of shares through this offer, might that not solve his ownership issues? AND WHERE IS THE ADS!?!?!? 4j's didn't return my email. Somebody else try.
