A proxy must be filed and voted on before a reverse split can occur if they are on OTC markets or higher. This is not the case for pinks but IMO something is going on that this will not be on the pinks for long.

Also, this blank description makes no sense if that's a requirement of http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/otcqb-fact-sheet.pdf

IMO their intent is to be on OTC markets and not pinks..or why make sure their SEC filings were updated?

I haven't seen any confirmation but just what has occured didn't happen for "NO REASON".
