Eric Newlan (Counsel for David Loflin), said he forwarded the shareholder's counsel's concerns on to Loflin. Loflin should be concerned at this point. He has failed to perform any of his regulatory obligations and has totally ignored shareholder questions. It would seem that it is time to poke his head out and let everyone know what is going on. It also would seem that the lawyer to lawyer connection would now put Loflin on notice that shareholders are trying to reach him. Whether it is a pink, or the biggest on the NYSE, shareholders have certain federally protected rights which ownership must adhere. This could prove to be a pivotal week for shareholders and Loflins alike. Will he do that right thing or begin the shareholder avalanche?
