What if there happened to be a delay that HHSE was not in control of ? Wow could that really be the thing ? oh really ,, I agree that teasing for news is STUPID and I hope they'll stop it, but the news will still come.

Every time the atty letter is late it causes a discussion however it eventually shows up 1-2 days later. Wonder if that is the case this time too?
