It seems to me that a great deal is resting on a positive outcome of the law suit. My concern is what if we loose? Nothing is a sure thing. If this was I would grab every last cent and buy up now as would allot of others I know. At the current price it doesn't seem to me there is too much confidence that SMME is sure to win.
If we do win how long can the big guys drag this out with appeals, time goes by and the technology grows older and older.
If we win, how long will the big guys take to pay out ? I have customers who take 3 months to pay $1,000. My feelings are, they know how to drag things out, months, years perhaps, take them to court again for late payment ??
A great question was asked a while back, sorry I can't remember who, that if Visa and M/C are on the cusp of loosing this monumental patient breach law suit then why has no one heard about it ? The media, Visa and M/Cs' share holders etc.
I and a few others I know invested in the company not on the prospect of winning a law suit.
I hope the future of SMME isn't dependent on the judicial system. Its not hard to think of at least half a dozen cases where justice has not prevailed despite every effort by the best in the law fraternity.

Just my thoughts, concerns and questions as an open discussion. I would like nothing more to end on a positive note but struggle to find one aside from confirmation that there has been a breach of the patient.

I wish us all great luck, hopefully in the not to distant future.

Matt.
