There is no lien on anything. As a matter of fact the bank only gets paid in stock if the company fails to make their payments which I don't believe are due till after the second 500k, six months from now. I am interested in paul Giles dumping stock though that mostddefinitely is supposed to be reported to the sec. Anything over 50000 shares
