Reality check. How many shareholder meetings has this company had in the past. Unregulated stocks don't have shareholder meetings. These letters from the company are just to give hope to those that still believe something may come of this scam. It works because people buy and the price goes up followed by..you guessed it..a sell off of shares from company insiders. So don't expect to see a shareholder meeting.
