SEC doesn't care about these unregulated stocks. They break up a few dilution scams but only to look like they care about the sewers of the OTC and pink sheet markets. Bill is very smart with his dilution scam. His press releases are very vague and mention no other parties not in the inner circle. There is no confirming any of the information because in many cases no parties are named or those named don't respond to emails for confirmation. Bill walks that thin line of what's legal and illegal. He is slowly diluting this company, not the typical big promotion that plague these markets. You can try to contact the SEC, but don't be surprised when nothing comes of it.
Just a question..you seemed like you hd high hopes for this company but now seem to have different thoughts. What changed your mind?
