Oily you got this all wrong buddy, there were TERMS in the contract. Terms have to be met. GCM did not live up to the terms. I'll try again. Let's say you are lucky enough to get married someday. You both promise to love each other through sickness and health, blah,blah,blah, right ? Then your "life partner" meets someone better looking, or whatever, and they cheat on you. You have the right to get a divorce, right? But you completed the merger right ? You exchanged rings, you "consummated" the marriage. But they did not live up to their end of the marriage right ? LEGALLY you have the right to get a divorce. These corporate mergers are the same. That is as simple as I can make it for you, Oily. I have to go figure out how I'm gonna spend my PVEC cash !!
