I don't think anyone tipped off OTC Markets this time.

It should be automatic the company gets notified that they have to file within a certain timeframe (even if its a late filing notice), and of course if they don't then company is automatically downgraded.

Late filings are a regularity for BBDA:

Goes to show management irresponsibility.


There's also something else that I've posted a while ago which BW & crew didn't pick up on that may be a cause. If its not rectified in 4 days then I may refer to it.
