RD, seriously, read it again. Its a complex structure and low interest rates is just one part. I provided my reasons. It has nothing to do with a new economy, its about whats drivers pushing markets higher and higher. Fundamentally we are at least nicely valued on big companies, if not getting overvalued. Small caps are almost bubbly. 2000 was a joke in terms of fundamentals, it was clear it had to crash since the .com companies got big in valuation but had no profits at all (90 %++ of them). IPOs at that time were 75-80 % companies not making a penny of profits. Funny enough we are at the same rate today
