I've made a suggestion to my brokerage firm (TD Ameritrade) support team that they should come up with some sort of signal which would identify whether a company/symbol has a DTC chill. Because as of right now, the only way to know if a company has a "chill" is when placing an order, which is frustrating, especially when one has his/her mind set on a specific security. Anyway, they said they will look into this and then they gave me a free trade.

Also, from another post, KN$C started getting L2 at OTCmarket on May 1. I think every company that was QB but didn't meet the .01 requirement started displaying L2 info.
