Yes put a limit order in for min price you will accept. Look at the recent trade history and aim for whole block sizes ie. 1000, 5000, 10000, etc that you think might go. The stock is not quoted but there is a market maker who packages the trades. For example, if someone is looking to buy 10000 shares at $0.20, the maker may put two 5000 share limit sells at $0.20 together for them. GLTY
