Looks like someone may have tried to file under a new entity in January, but didn't file a list of officers in time and is in default already. I know this is for 'NEW WAVE INNOVATIONS' and not 'NEW WAVE SOLUTIONS', but soultions already existed in Nevada but has been disolved.
