In the next 4 months during the Discovery Process this Conservatorship will definitely be addressed by us the Plaintiffs and Judge Sweeney. Rest assured that once the Judge sees the profits being generated and the payback to the Treasury complete this Conservatorship will need to end. Problem is who is authorized to end this. Treasury is going to argue they do NOT have the legal authority and that only an Act of Congress can perform this. That's going to be a problem.
