Here is a link to the ready to build press conference from january 7, in which the mayor and the ceo of economic development corp both speak. Hope to employ upwards of 50 people, stated that they applied to grow and sell 1.3 million pounds a year, etc, etc. I find it hard to imagine the town didn't know their plan. I came across the video in march, not even looking for it, started doing my dd, and jumped in. Hope it is of some use to those who may have not seen it.
