Shamantiks: the X-Dividend Date is March 15, 2006 - meaning, you must own the stock at market close on March 14th. There have been reports of people buying within 3 days of the dividend, and not receiving because their stocks were "settling". Ameritrade can take up to 3 days to settle. Do you think this will affect many new holders?

Shmush: Rick I read through PR's 13-15 and most of it deals with the geological information. I guess I'm wondering what does that have to do with a preferred dividend?
paim1: Remember this is just my opion not as the IR person but merely a share holder and I have told Pearl that I belive the price should be closer to 3 to 5 cents per share

Shamantiks: I've read that loose gold on the surface is being gathered by locals, and a small profit might be turned from that to help operational costs, do you see that being significant enough in value to increase stability?
